Tetta Kisaki is a key member of Tenjiku, serving as the strategist and mastermind behind many of the gang's actions. Known for his cunning and manipulative nature, Kisaki is the true force behind the gang's plans, using his intelligence to control and orchestrate the moves of other members, including Izana Kurokawa. Although he is not the leader, Kisaki's ambitions to control the delinquent world and destroy Tokyo Manji Gang (Toman) make him one of the most dangerous and manipulative characters in Tokyo Revengers. His ability to manipulate others for his own gain is central to his role in the story.
